RightNow has a built-in Feedback tool that lets you report bugs, request features, or ask questions directly from your device.
When you send feedback from the app, we automatically include helpful diagnostic information (like your app version and device type) so we can assist you faster.

We aim to respond within 24 hours.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset via email.
Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. See our Data Retention Policy for details.
Tap the three-dot menu on any post, story, horn, or profile, then tap Report. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
Stories expire after 24 hours and Horns expire after 7 days. This is by design. See our Data Retention Policy for full details on content lifespans.
