The fastest way to get help or share feedback is directly from the RightNow app. You can also reach us by email.

Send Feedback from the App

RightNow has a built-in Feedback tool that lets you report bugs, request features, or ask questions directly from your device.

  1. Open RightNow and tap your profile picture or avatar in the bottom navigation bar to go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner of your Profile screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Support section and tap Send Feedback.
  4. Choose a feedback type (Bug Report, Feature Request, or General Feedback), write your message, and tap Submit.

When you send feedback from the app, we automatically include helpful diagnostic information (like your app version and device type) so we can assist you faster.

  • A description of the issue or question

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset via email.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. See our Data Retention Policy for details.

How do I report a user or content?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post, story, horn, or profile, then tap Report. Our moderation team reviews all reports.

Why did my story or horn disappear?

Stories expire after 24 hours and Horns expire after 7 days. This is by design. See our Data Retention Policy for full details on content lifespans.
